Before founding SunLux Skincare, Robin Wayman was a dedicated stay-at-home mum and wife. While she loved taking care of her family,\u00a0 she knew she wanted more. And that’s when Robin embarked on a life-changing journey as a skincare entrepreneur.<\/p>\n

Robin grew up in sunny Southern California, where there was never a shortage of sun. As an NFL cheerleader, she spent countless hours outdoors, practising tirelessly under the summer heat. Back then, the dangers of UV exposure and the necessity of sun protection were rarely discussed. Soon, Robin began to notice mole-looking bumps on her head and chest, but like many others, chose to ignore them.<\/p>\n

Fast-forward a few years, the moles grew larger and started to bleed. Robin went to a dermatologist and was diagnosed with Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC) skin cancer. Robin underwent Photodynamic Blue Light Therapy Treatment which removed all abnormal growth. However, she was given no guidance on post-operative care or advice on safeguarding her skin against future damage.<\/p>\n

At that moment, Robin discovered her true calling: educate herself about skincare, prevent further sun damage, and empower other women to heal their sun-damaged skin.<\/p>\n

Driven by this newfound purpose, Robin found Formula Botanica, the world’s leading formulation school. She believes fate led her to enrol in the International Skincare Entrepreneur Program<\/a>, a game-changing program that took her from beginner formulator to successful skincare entrepreneur.<\/p>\n

Soon after graduating, Robin launched SunLux Skincare, a luxury skincare brand inspired by her personal journey. SunLux crafts each product with high-performance ingredients and potent antioxidants designed to nourish, repair, and shield sun-damaged skin.<\/p>\n

The brand\u2019s hero product is the UV Repair Face Oil, which won the editor\u2019s choice for the Beauty Shortlist Awards only 5 months after the brand\u2019s launch.<\/p>\n

SunLux’s range includes a skin barrier cream, sunscreen, facial oils, body highlighters, serums, scrubs, face wash, body butter, soap bars, and skin capsules.<\/p>\n
